LIBERTY or DEATH - The NY Ban Contribution Page
Support our Lawsuit Against the New York Armor Ban
- Most of our support comes from Free Men getting our armor kits.
- We remain appreciative for each one of those & encourage you to equip yourself if you haven't already.
- If you want to contribute to the New York cause with the greatest efficiency, here is the page for that.
- We expect the lawsuit may cost us over $100k to fight over the next year or two.
- This page gives four options based on your desired contribution level. Thank you for your help in this fight.
On July 1st, 2022 the state legislature of New York passed a tyrannical bill, in a special legislative session that redefined “body vest” from the early June law, to an expanded definition “body armor”. They further broadened the definition to apparently ban any protective equipment meant to protect against gunfire, worn alone or as a complement to another product.
On July 5th, the new legislation went into effect and it may forbid all civilian purchases of “body armor”, with minimal exceptions. While vague and unclear in many ways, it appears this legislation was intended to prohibit hard and soft armor and, possibly, plate carrier shipments to civilians in the state of New York.
We have now been able to file our lawsuit. We intend to win it. If you would like to contribute, consider getting this LIBERTY or DEATH patch (manufactured by Gadsden and Culpeper) at whatever price reflects your desired contribution. Thank you for your support.
